If you are part of The Leading Hotels of the World club, your booking data will be transferred to this entity, which may imply an international transfer of data to the United States of America, based on the existence of an adequacy decision or the application of appropriate guarantees. 

Apart from the above cases, your data will not be transferred except by legal obligation.  

International transfer (outside the European Economic Area) is not foreseen except for storage and/or accommodation purposes and, in any case, this must be carried out based on the existence of an adequacy decision or the application of adequate guarantees. 

Data retention period

• Communication and contact: for the time strictly necessary to respond to your requests and as long as the user has not requested the deletion of their data.
